Beautiful: Beth and Rich!
I know I’ve said it a hundred times, but I LOVE family lifestyle photo sessions!
This family was so much fun to work with!
(And gorgeous too!)
The little boy was not timid even for a minute.
And the little girl: stunning!
Beth and Rich, you have a beautiful family.

I love this picture because the kids are looking at their parents, and not my camera. The look is so natural and there’s so much love in their eyes.
Sometimes I have a hard time coaching people to find a balance between the all-out “mug-for-the-camera” smile and the toothless “Mona Lisa smile.”
But ask the kids to tickle mom and dad, and voila! The natural look we love so much!

Fall is a GREAT time for a photo shoot!
Makes the kids shine, as the song says.
See the slide show! So fun!

This is SO sweet! (The kids were kissing Rich goodbye; he had to go to the dentist. Yuck!)
After her dad left, she didn’t want to take pictures anymore.
So I asked her to show me some of her gymnastics moves. Wow! She’s so good!
(And after that, I gave her my camera and let her snap a few. I think she really enjoyed that!)
And she wasn’t so conscious of my camera either. I got some really beautiful shots!
There he is! At the computer! Gotcha!
But he also loves to read a good book with mom…
… and jump back and forth across the cement creek.
(Looks like a fun place to live!)

Wonderful work Julie - you did such an amazing job capturing the expressions and personalities of everyone.

Love this photoshoot! I really like the direct “love in the eyes” of that first shot! I bet throwing the leaves was a lot of fun! Your colors in these are great! ++

These are really something special. I bet Mom cried when she saw them…I know I would. They seem so personal.

Julie, I just love that first image of mom with her little one. The composition and lighting are excellent. The clarity and detail, especially the brightness of their eyes really enhances the quality of th eshot. Very beautiful, lively, and expressive!! ++

Great family shots Julie. As for getting your ipod for Christmas I wish you luck as their great!
I’m not a woman, but it seems the big innocent eyes trick works a lot.
