I am notorious for messing up Daylight Savings Time. So much so that my choir director told the choir to remind me to change my clocks so I wouldn’t be late on Sunday. I’ve been getting e-mails all day.
“Julie, don’t forget to change your clocks.”
“Julie, don’t be late on Sunday.”
“Julie, Brenda said you’ve got some whacky hangup about the time change and that if we don’t shake some sense into you, you’ll sleep right through until fall.”
When I came to work, there was a note on my computer screen…

No related posts were found, so here's a consolation prize: An Extreme Gift on Firetruck Friday.
HA! This is great. Even if I am getting to it a couple days late.
HAHAHAhaha++ I knew the time change was today, but I still messed it up! I managed to forget one clock, the one that sets off the alarm…
Hi Jules,
You are too funny! I remembered to set my PC and laptop but forgot about my iPod. Thanks for the reminder and I’ll let you know if the PC’s in the office aren’t working tomorrow – wouldn’t that be nice. Be blessed and keep shooting!
Brenda — it’s 11:42 Saturday night. I’m changing my clock and setting my alarm. I’m going to bed now. Just to be sure, you better call me at 7:30 your time. Love, Jules of the alto section.
Ha! Thanks for adding the link to the comments! See, you’re a natural at blogging. Me? I’m still figuring it all out. The book at Lulu is in first draft form, and you don’t want to buy it because it’s, like, EVERYTHING — every quote and thought since 1996 plus lots of pictures. It’s WAAAAY cool, but more of a family thing. I was thinking of doing an edited version of just the best stuff for public consumption. Someday.
Another wonderful, whimsical post — although how could you tease your readers with a picture of “the coolest clock on the net” and not provide the link? Shame!! No worries, I found it:

Now, the real issue. The book at Lulu. What’s it called? I want to buy it.
Stay well, Jules.
