Why I’m the Photographer
Quote of the day: “Just think, mom,” Gregory said the other day, “if you didn’t have us to keep you busy, you’d sit around all the time eating chips and getting fat.”
Considering I don’t have a mouth, that might be difficult.
(This photograph demonstrates why I prefer to be behind the camera instead of its subject, though my photography assistants do get an A for effort and no blur in the action shot!)
Great image Jules… did one of your kids take it? My kids would tell me that I would sit around on the computer all day and get fat!

Thanks Kari. Actually, I believe it was my photography assistant, Kathryn, who took this shot. It was either her or Bradley — both 6th graders and on the rare occasion that I hand over my camera, the kids usually fight over who gets to push the button. We’re all button pushers around here, so I totally understand the “sitting at the computer all day” comment!!!

HA! I AM a photographer and all I do is shoot weddings and eat cookies…
