What I love about this design — I designed this card with a clear blue background because I dream of blue skies for this family. The clean lines compliment their minimalist style, and the snowflakes compliment stenciling created by the children’s grandmother in their rooms. I especially love the front design of this card with just a picture of hand-holding. To me, that’s what the holidays are all about, hand-holding being the simplest way to show affection, especially between mother and child when part of the reason for hand-holding is to guide and protect.

I own Harper’s Copy Center Plus, and I’m extremely impressed by the Third design. My graphic artist couldn’t had designed anything better, and she’s a graduate of F.I.T in NY
The card was more than just a Christmas card. It was a peek into a family that is obviosuly full of love. Beautifully done!
This was just a beautiful design. Really breathtaking. I love how natural everyone looks in it.
This card blew me away when I opened it. I was really looking forward to seeing the holiday card because I remember the beautiful one you made for other family members last year. The centerfold layout is perfect – I plan to recreate that look in a future scrapbook page!
I think the wording on the card was especially nice for this time of year and very appropriate for this family.
What I love about your holiday cards and especially this one is how many pictures of the children/family you fit on one card. This is not just a card, but more like a mini photo album. Thank you for a job well done.
I have loved all of the pictures you have taken of those who are so far away from me. I am now across country as an Air Force family. Thanks to you I feel I get to see a peek into the lives of my loved ones I don’t get to see as often as I would like. Thanks.
“Wow” was also my reaction when I received this holiday card. You could not have captured the spirit of this family any better – I think you truly brought out the best in them in quite a beautiful way. And, it couldn’t be a more deserving family!!!
Adding their ages makes this an archive for family and the tops for anyone interested in genealogy. Great idea
The background pictures on the inside are nice. Very creative, Julie. I can imagine people getting this card in the mail, opening it, and going, “Wow!”
This one is so different from the others. What inspired you to go against your regular style?
Who said I figured out my style yet?

I love the brightness and cleanness of this card. Again, I like the picture of family in the middle and the individual kids shots on the sides. I also really like the overlay with the bigger pictures of the kids underneath. Another amazing job!
this card has a sense of tranquility. the sweet faces, the simple pleasures, all beautifully reflected in the falling snowflakes. the card really captures the spirit of this family.
The light holiday blue captures the innocents of youth in this card. They children, all children, are one of the joys of Christmas and this card really shows that. I also love how on the back of all the cards are the children’s ages.
the top and bottom pictures are incredible. how do you do that?
I e-mailed Bob to ask what he meant by “how do you do that?” and the answer is: I just point and shoot! Cute kids! —jws
