Last Friday’s Snow Day

Take it from a pro: the best place from which to take snow pictures is the bedroom window.

These were taken last Friday, the first official snow day of the year, but I’ve been so busy I couldn’t get around to posting them until today.

They are eerily similar to pictures I posted last year! Take a look here.

Isn’t he cute? (Sweet too! He’s my Big Cricket!)

He does have moments of strangeness though. (Mike’s making a snow angel when Gregory suddenly decides to brush the snow from his dad’s face. Ew!)

    Bwaaaaa-ha-ha!

Bradley is a very reluctant photo subject these days.

But who can resist a smile on a Friday snow day!

    Dear Jules:

You could stand in Stephanie’s bedroom window and get the same shots!

We have snowbanks that are 6 feet tall. I have actually lost weight this winter from all the snow shovelling! And more is one the way today!

That being said, it is pretty and it’s nice that the girls can do all the “traditional” winter activities like tobogganning, building snowmen, etc.

    Much love,
    Deb

  2. Carolina Girl says:

Can’t imagine so much SNOW…wow!! I’d love to see more photos of the snow, your trees, and the elusive Bradley! :o )

  3. Heidi says:

I want to see the “after” picture of Mike with the snow cleared from his face!

  4. Jill Higgins says:

OH WOW! I have totally forgotten what snow looks like/smells like/feels like!
