I am on the phone with Chrissy down the shore and her guess is unconditional….
Ok, here’s another hint or two or three: “Family” was really “close,” but sometimes people are close without being “family.” “You and I” — what is it we have?
I’m stumped.
Next guesses are….frienship, enjoyment, enchantment, affection…..dedication, contentment….I’m trying!!!
Didn’t see this right away, so now it’s 9 and almost time for bed, BUT I still really want to win this for Chrissy so here’s a list of guesses. “Community”? “Brotherhood”?
“Fellowship”? “Goodwill”? I give up– well, just one more: knowing Julie’s passion… is it “photography”? Just kidding, but it’s a long word and I’m out of ideas. Thanks for letting me play! I will look forward to waking up and reading someone’s brilliant answer.

But no, nobody’s gotten it yet. Oh, and I didn’t say it had specifically 8 letters. I was hinting that it’s a long word, longer than “devotion.” So, that’s my next hint.
So now I’m wondering what time it is where Beth is now. Probably around 8 pm. She might have another couple hours to think.
Okay– so I’m still here. Allison was close with 8 letters… Fran was close with “love”… is it “devotion”?
Or maybe “eternity”?
So the advantage of being overseas is that you guys are getting ready to go to bed and I have all day to keep guessing… is it “together”?
