Three extraordinarily cool girls!

Oh, little aside here: I love this picture of Lisa and Dennis. Dennis’s smile is SO real in this shot! I think he was laughing at one of the doggies.

This doesn’t quite qualify as an “unportrait” — it’s not crazy enough — but I really love how relaxed and natural everybody looks. Must be the hot tub.

My feet get all tingly-happy just looking at this shot. Now THAT’S a family unportrait!

All three girls play field hockey.

She’s a captain of the high school team and a senior this year. Cool thing was, I didn’t know she was team captain, and could tell just by the way she acted — she’s one of those people who has that natural leader quality.

Love the colors they were wearing.

The girls are so sweet together.

The family dug up the yard last summer to make way for the pool. It’s now a beautifully designed family gathering spot. I love the light in the picture above.

See that leaf? I did not put that there. She came up from under the water in the hot tub and the leaf attached itself to her forehead. It’s awesome when everything clicks like that!

“Text messaging.” That’s the answer to the question: “What are you guys into these days?”

We love bed-jumping! In this case, watch out for that ceiling fan!

NOTE TO KIDS: Do not attempt bed jumping without adult supervision!

Check out my night shot of that COOL pool! Those are real colors, straight out of the camera, not photoshopped at all. The pool lights change colors like a disco! I’m so glad I was still there after dark! (In the slide show, you’ll see the pool change to neon green too.)

Dennis is very proud of the pool. I love this shot of him and his youngest daughter. They look so much alike!

This is one of my favorites too. The oldest daughter will be going off to college next year. I like to think that if she misses her family, she can just go onto my site and launch the slide show from her dorm room.

She’s gorgeous! Looks great in purple, doesn’t she? Love it!

And she’s so cute! I love her sparkly eyes.

More sparkly eyes. I think if these girls were mine, I’d have a really hard time choosing which pictures to frame!
