This little Mr. Potato Head gourd has attracted my attention for about a week now. How cute is that?

I was dealing with some weird light on this one, but I LOVE IT! Their expressions are perfect!

These three were flower girls in a wedding I shot this summer. I love Dorothy’s hair, the Mad Hatter’s hat and the Jester’s cool pose.

Hey G-rex! G-rex was one of several Clone Troopers in his grade at the school “parade.” (They don’t really have a parade anymore. That bums me out. Come on, the schoolyard is fenced, sign people in, give us our parade back!)

That’s G-rex trick-or-treating with some buddies.

“ALVIN!” I’m really not sure which one is Simon and which one is Theodore.

Raggedy Ann. That’s a beautiful picture. She really looks like a doll. Nice job on the makeup!

I was trying to get my little sports fans to cheer but I think I dampened their moods when I mentioned the Phillies. Ummm, go Yankees? (I’m a life-long Braves fan, dudes, and I won’t apologize for it.)

These girls are starting to get used to the fun unposes I try to get my subjects to do! All I have to do is say, “Hit it girls!” and boom, that’s the shot.

He’s a little Ghostbuster. Get it?

I love his bandanna.

I said, “Look morose.” She did a great job! I mean, how cool is THAT? Grandma wins the homemade costume award for sure! I love it!

But the flip flops were pretty cool too. Second place for the flip flops!

You’re never too old for Halloween, or for fun family pictures.

I love this picture. Mom came up to me and said, “Would you get a picture of me and my daughter?” I love when people do that on Halloween.

That’s Bradley and his buddies. Yesterday was Brad’s 14th birthday. What a great birthday!

I am loving my camera right about now. Is this picture cool or what? No special lighting. Just a quick exposure adjustment. A fave for sure. I love the warmth of it, and the twilight sky, and the subtle outline of the top floor and all the kids on the porch. Halloween is such a great time to get out and see the neighbors. I love Halloween.
