It’s kind of hard to get the concept of the high jump when you’re first learning. This is the YMCA’s Track and Field program. The coaches do an excellent job of teaching the kids the basics of each speciality.

I was studying this picture and wondering exactly how it is that coaches can run backwards just as fast as the kids can run forwards.

Grex and his buddies sometimes prefer to walk.
