Air Swim
- We never got around to joining the pool this year. It’s been too cold! So one warm day, Grex relaxed in the sprinker.
- I really don’t know what button I pushed to make this freak out, but Grex thought it was “cool like a nuclear explosion” and that I should definitely put it up on the blog, so here you go, Grex!
- Here’s what that shot really looks like.
- Isn’t this a cool shot? I love the little splash of light on the bottom of Grex’s arm. Aperture setting is f/2.0, for those of you loving that blurry background as much as I do.
- Grex wanted me to capture the rainbow. Wasn’t sure whether to capture it in slow motion (f/8 1/30 shutter)…
- …or fast. (f/2.0 1/1000 shutter)
- I had somehow unwittingly entered the war. (Do your boys turn anything into guns too?) Yo. Never shoot the camera, dude.
- First thing Grex said after Brad left for the Habitat for Humanity mission trip: “I’m an only child for a whole week!”
Praying for a safe trip for all the kids and adults on the mission trip to Cleveland. May God be with you, keeping you safe, healthy and happy, and may you share the love of God with all His children. Amen.

These are great shots! Grex is growing up way too quickly. I remember running around in the sprinklers when we lived in Aiken Estates…then having a cold watermelon! Those were good ol’ days, weren’t they, Jules?
