I love the angle of the acorns and the old leaf structure. It simply telling us that macro is speaking the reality of what it sees. Many years ago I bought a house in France and was delighted to discover that there was a ginkgo with leaves just like this in the garden -- not only was it beautiful but I when I looked it up I discovered that these trees have existed unchanged from the Jurassic. Unfortunately the seeds smell awful - just like a stink bomb - so if anybody is inspired to plant one after seeing the photograph then do so well away from the house! Thanks for the lovely photos.
